Rose GREEN (The grand Hornbill) (RM11++)
I’m always a fan of The Tapping Tapir Sparkling Soda. And now they have Natural Sparking Tea.
Natural brewed flavours from teas and flowers. A harmony of green tea and the subtle sweetness from rose petals with a zesty lime finish. I would still choose their sparkling soda over this 😛
Awesome Salmon (RM39.90++)
Pan seared salmon steak, grilled king prawn and mushroom sides served with miso sauce.
King prawn was really fresh. Pan seared salmon was decently good too just that the skin should be crispier 😛 But for the miso sauce, it is strong for my liking. Can’t really stand the taste with the salmon. I still prefer to savour it without the sauce haha.
Paleo Butterfish (RM27.90++)
Grilled butterfish fillet paired with honey dew sauce served with grilled sweet potato slices. The butterfish was fresh and nicely cooked.
The tomato was perfect as it is caramelised and sweet. The skin of the tomato is really crispy too, tastes like candy. 😛
