Fuego is on of the three exquisite restaurants and bar in Troika Tower.
The service was surprisingly quick and friendly . No wonder this place was deemed one of the best place to dine in KL.
One could never come here and not order any cocktail.
Mojito ( rm 40++ )
Rum instant infused with lychee , chilli , mint and lime. An all time classic. This can never go wrong.
Fuego Cooler ( rm 38++ )
Tio Pepe fino sherry , summer fruit, soda and gin. What a refreshing drink and it tasted amazing. Definitely able to cool me down from the outdoor heat.
Salted Cod Roe Croquettes ( rm 40++ )
Seaweed crust, shiso leaf gremolata , salmon roe mayonnaise. It was a nice fishy flavorful dish. The croquettes were fried to perfection. I really liked the seaweed crust , it actually elevated the dish.
Grilled King Prawn ( rm 20 ++ per piece )
Parsley and wasabi butter gratin . At first I couldn’t get used to the overpowering wasabi . But after having a few bites of the fresh king prawn , it was more subtle. This is a must try.
Soft Shell Crab As Nachos ( rm 35 ++ )
Crab nachos, avocado mayonnaise , sour cream and tomato dices. The soft shell crab was so crispy. It was very very good . This is also another must try , almost every table had this plate of fried goodness.
Pressed Potato ( rm 22 ++ )
Baked pressed potato and smashed olives. It was a nice side dish if you’re craving for potatoes ahaha.
Fuego Churros ( rm 35 ++ )
Cinnamon dust churros , dulcey cremeux and salted caramel espuma .
Who can say no to delicious churros . Especially if it’s dipped in salted caramel cream. It was just heavenly !
