Prosperity Yee Sang w/ Crustacean Coral Oyster
Herbal Chicken Consomme w/ Dried Scallop
No Chinese meal can be complete without soup! A hearty hot bowl of double-boiled soup plays an important role during mealtime and is thought to clear heat in the body and provides nutritional benefits. This bowl is loaded with red dates, goji berries, scallop, and Chinese herbs, which tastes absolutely wonderful.
Pak Far Chicken
This is hands down my favourite dish of the meal due to the perfection in deep drying and marinating the chicken. Love my chicken juicy and tender on the inside
Deep Fried Garoupa Thai Style
Huge Garoupa fish deep fried to perfection and dressed with the tangy Thai Chili sauce that has a slight kick of spiciness. The skin was crispy but the flesh was juicy and tender.
Stir-Fried Kam Heong Mussels
Fresh imported mussels blanketed by a thick coat of Kam Heong sauce. Savory and delicious indeed!
Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns w/ Buttered Coconut Almond Flakes
Huge and fresh prawns covered in a rich, creamy and buttery sauce.
Chinese Fried Mixed Vegetables (Chap Chye) w/ Mushrooms
A mixture of bak choy, cauliflower, carrots, beancurd and Chinese dried shiitake mushrooms. A simple yet delicious dish.
Yong Chow Fried Rice in Lotus Leaf
Chilled Mango Puree w/ Pomelo & Pearl Sago
Creamy, smooth and thick mango concoction with bits of sago in it.
Assorted Mochi
These colourful and yummy chilled mochi are irresistible after a fulfilling meal.
Deep-fried Chinese New Year Cake (Nein Koa)
This traditional food is eaten all year round but is exceptionally famous during the CNY festive season. It symbolises prosperity and good luck. Slightly chewy and sticky, just the way I like it.
In addition, kick off a prosperous new year by raising your chopsticks and Loh Hei to boost good luck and prosperity with exciting Yee Sang Selections, such as; Fruitti Veggie Yee Sang (vegetarian) at RM78+ per portion and King Salmon Yee Sang at RM88+ per portion.
Another indulgence that should not be missed is the braised Treasure Pot of goodness that is also known as ‘Poon Choy’. Deep in flavor and fragrance, the Treasure Pot is
available to order in-house and as a take-away at RM428+.
Both Yee Sang and Treasure Pot are available to order from 1st February to 4th February 2019.
