Mitsuyado Malaysia @ The Starling Mall

The basic Tsukemen, which is known as hiyamori is one variety where the Ramen is served slightly chilled and compliments with warm soup. Mitsuyado continuously invents new recipe, to cater for the vast customers’ combination preferences, using different temperature in boiling and rinsing of the noodles. Therefore, Mitsuyado has become the pioneer in the arena of Tsukemen to offer noodles in 4 different temperatures!
Chicken Karaage (RM11.90)
Japanese Style fried chicken in crispy shell encasing a flavourful juicy bite.

Roasted Pork (RM10.90)
Mitsuyado’s special roasted pork in slices.

Half-Boiled Egg (RM2.50)
Flavourful half-boiled egg with creamy and silky soft egg yolk.

Cheese Tsukemen (RM29.90)
Fresh Japanese springy noodles topped with cheddar cheese and served with yuzu dipping soup.

“Yuzu flavoured dipping soup” is one of the highlight in Mitsuyado. The rich soup is made by boiling vegetable with pork bones to create a well-balanced taste of sweetness and sourness in the broth.

The combination might sound weird but it actually tastes quite alright for me. Cheese lovers should definitely give it a try.

Spicy Miso Tsukemen
Be prepared of the spiciness that lingers in your mouth.

Yuzu, Green Tea and Black Sesame Ice Cream.
