I find this is a very creative way in serving everything in a rectangular tray. It’s like everything is just in a tray! Deep fried fish, clams, tiger prawns, squid, tofu, mushrooms and vegetables. These have definitely enhanced the broth to a whole new level. Spicy but addictive.
This is their new signature dish. A pot filled with lots of seafood hanging in the air! Look at those scallops!
