The Christmas festive season has arrived. Christmas dinner can be quite a tedious task so why not let someone else to cook for you? Momo Chan has launched a 3-course Christmas menu to give you a great Christmas Japanese feast during this festive season!
Starter
Shitake Nanban
Deep fried chicken breast stuffed with shitake mushroom.
Japanese Karaage Winglets
Well marinated with soy sauce and fried to perfection with a crisp texture on the outside and super juicy on the inside.
Plain Chawanmushi with Yuzu Chili
Creamy, slurppy and custardy.
Mains
Japanese Southern Fried Chicken
Quarter Chicken marinated in buttermilk and deep fried until crisp. It’s well seasoned and absolutely delicious. This juicy fried chicken is also served with mashed potato.
Christmas Beef Special
On the side note, sous vide food has little or no additional salt or fat is needed during the cooking! Therefore, it’s sort of healthy and it ensures the beef is equally tender. The 150g Australian tenderloin is pan seared, subsequently char grilled and served with Japanese Ponzu and grated radish sauce.

Japanese noodle pasta cooked with tomato sauce, topped with pumpkin puree and finally served with tempura enoki mushrooms.
Dessert
A scoop of their homemade Belgian chocolate ice cream.
