Afternoon tea at Mandarin Oriental Hotel is by far the best I’ve ever had. Especially their Chinese New Year Concept Afternoon Tea. The interior has some influence of Chinese heritage with the touch of classic styles. Outdoor terrace with the view of KLCC park. 
Harrods, KLCC

The ambiance of this restaurant is the best one compared to all the restaurants I’ve been for afternoon tea especially at the fountain area. The afternoon tea was worth the money.
