Shiratama Zenzai with Multi Grain (RM 10.50++)

Basically this was just red bean porridge with Mochi.

It wasn’t really authentic tbh. But the mochi was nice tho.

Matcha “Nama Chocolate” Parfait

An
artisan dessert staring with a layer of Kanten jelly and Matcha syrup
then topped with soft serve vanilla ice cream, generous layer of corn
flakes and garnished with a Matcha ice cream, Matcha Chocolate Ganache,
red bean paste, whipped cream and a drizzle of Matcha syrup.

The
red bean paste is really good, the sweetness balances the bitterness of
the matcha ice cream and chocolate ganache. A scrumptious parfait that
one could never go wrong! Ice cream is so smooth 😛

Matcha Shiratama Parfait (RM 21.90++)

An
artisan dessert starting with a layer of Kanten jelly and matcha syrup
then topped with soft serve vanilla ice cream, generous layer of corn
flakes and garnished with a Matcha ice cream, red bean paste, Mochi,
whipped cream and drizzle of Matcha syrup.

Hmmmmm
does this looks good or what? 😀 I definitely love their combination
for this parfait. Everything mixed in together was good. Really enjoyed
the matcha ice cream and Mochi!
