Eggs Benedict (rm 23)
Proof’s special house made Hollandiase sauce on top of poached eggs, smoked salmon and English muffin with seasonal salad on the side. This was one of the best and most special eggs benedict that I’ve ever tried. Seriously tho, their Hollandiase sauce was really really good. I will choose English muffin over white bread any day. A generous serving of smoked salmon. Trust me, you will finish everything til the very last bite or drop of sauce :p
Baked Citrus Chicken With Potato Salad (rm 21)
Orange lemon marinated quarter chicken thigh, sweet marmalade sauce, potato salad with honey dressing. First of all, the marinate really did come through, I can taste the orange. It was actually really good. The chicken was tender and the skin was obviously delicious :p
Their salad was not really fresh tho (for both dishes)
Worth the hype as they serve delicious food.
