The meaning behind the word “Roost” is a place where birds regularly settle or congregate to rest at night. Minimalist and rustic interior design which makes you feel at ease as you savour their modern European cuisine. To ensure that they only give their best to the patrons, Roost adopts a farm-to-fork initiative.

Lobster Ravioli (RM38)
The sauce has a wonderful and in depth flavour which pairs so well with the ravioli with fresh lobster filling. The lobsters were fresh sweet and juicy, nicely cooked too. The ravioli was tad overdone as it has a harder bite on its sides. Nonetheless, still a great dish if it was cooked to al-dente.

Duck Ragout Pappardelle (RM32)
Fresh goat cheese topped the freshly made pappardelle coated in a thick tomato-based sauce. The secret rests in the pulled duck which was so perfectly cooked.
Affogato (RM13)
Smooth and creamy HäagenDazs vanilla ice cream married perfectly with the hot shot of espresso which has a wonderful robust flavour and excellent acidity.
