Canapes

Green Peas with Dashi & Tarragon.

Parsnip with Black Truffle.

Goats cheese, Leeks and Tomato.

Choice of first or second starter

King crab with watermelon and Dashi-nori sauce. Beautiful creation with complex flavors.

Love the mushroom with lemon, fresh herbs, and potatoes. Crispy, creamy and delicious.

Main Course

Lamb served with Sambal hijau, fig and fennel.

Modern French dining at its best!

Steamed Red Snapper with zucchini as cream, strips and sauce with olive oil and Kaffie lime.

Pre-Dessert

Sorbet of Hoegaarden Rose Beer with white grape foam and fresh red grapes.
