Contains so much heat which you’re gonna love if you’re into spicy. Well marinated ribs perfectly coated with the chilli sambal sauce. Fragrant, spicy and lovely.
Salted Egg Pork Ribs (RM43)
Finger-licking good salted egg yolk coated pork ribs fired to perfection. Juicy tender meat and crispy outer layer. It falls right off the bone perfectly. Flavour was superb. Being a huge fan of anything salted egg yolk, i absolutely adore this.
Crispy Curry Pork Ribs (RM43)
Juicy pork ribs marinated with curry spices to further elevate the flavour. The taste of curry was really really yummy and appetising but not overpowering.

Delicious assorted skewers grilled to perfection. The flavour profile was amazing. Love the caramelised roast pork the most which tastes like typical ‘char siew’ but even better, juicier, and more flavoursome. However, i find it tad dry as lean meat was used instead of the fattier meats.
