One of the most anticipated opening for Hong Kong’s Michelin Star dim sum restaurant
has finally launched. Come by for some delectable treats that will make you crave for more.
Baked Bun with BBQ Pork (RM11.50++)
Aweson baked bbq pork bun. Light and fluffy. The outer layer tastes like soft buttered biscuits.
It’s like the typical ‘polo’ bun you can find in HK. It was a really good bun.
BBQ pork was really tender and delicious.

Pan Fried Carrot Cake (RM10.50++)
Overall it was okay just that it was kinda too soft.

Spring Roll With Egg White (RM8.30++)
Rolled with crabmeat in it. Shatteringly thin crispy spring roll.

Glutinous Rice with Lotus Leaf (RM13.60++)
It is really different as it is wrapped in a lotus leaf in a traditional style.
You can definitely tell that the aroma of the lotus leaf has penetrate through the rice and ‘marinate’ it.

Vermicelli Roll With BBQ Pork (RM13.60++)
Freshly made rice noodles and it was served pipping hot so you gotta eat as soon as you possibly can. Make sure your camera wont eat it for too long first haha!

Spinach Dumpling with Shrimp (RM8.30++)
stuffed with plenty of soft spinach and shrimp. Penang’s one is still the best! 😛
Dumpling Teochew Style (RM8.30++)
cubed radish, minced pork, peanuts and scallions wrapped with beancurd skin.
Delicious dumpling stuffed with generous content.
