Fresh, thickly sliced trout belly which melts instantly in your mouth.
Teriyaki Ocean Trout (RM14)
The flavourful teriyaki sauce was really delish! Ocean trout was done well, crispy skin and flaky flesh. Yum!
Mentai Rice (RM18)
Mentaiko, tamago and seaweed atop the hill of soft and warm steamed rice. Rice was cooked well. Tastes delightfully scrumptious with the texture of seaweed bream, the slightly sweet tamago egg, and the savory mentaiko paste. This was really da bomb and ‘the-must’ to order.
